University of Nigeria, Enugu campus This institute of learning was established in 1961 with the faculties of Business administration, Environmental studies, Law Medical sciences and Health sciences. It yearns as its motto states "To restore the dignity of man" and I as well can identify which such a desire. I believe that to understand the abysmal state of the university infrastructure and facilities, you and I must take look at the state of school from the perspective of any student. There is an ever growing lack of accommodation each year, unconducive living infrastructure in use, lack of facilities required to teach effectively, a general mental state of neglect for the environment by student, degrading buildings and lack of general maintenance of such buildings.
